HI,
I was on trade chat looking for a deal for Akstiletto Prime set.
I got one but when me and the seller were trading he could trade the parts but not the blueprint, he then told me that the blueprint was "Mastery Rank Locked", wich I thought it was wierd since I was mastery rank 10 and he was mastery rank 23. At first I thought he was lying, but he insisted we kept on trying, we tried about ten times without success.
Do I need to be a higher mastery rank to be able to trade it?
Please help.
